Weighing scale: the way of sealing on sensors

The quality of sealing is one important point to see the sensor whether would keep working for a long time or not.

There are two ways of sealing: one is welded seal, and the other is rubber seal.

a) The way for welded seal:
If the sensor of weighing scale is cylinder shape, using annular flat diaphragm or corrugated diaphragm welds with elastic element and the housing. If it’s spoke, axial symmetry or ring shape, using annular flat diaphragm or corrugated diaphragm welds with center loading cylinder and supporting ring.

b) The way for rubber seal:
Outside sealing and blind hole sealing are the common methods for most of the sensors on the weighing scale.
